I liked the ingredients, it was easy to grind as well. Easy and quick to cook but.. my little one didn't like it. Don't know why. Maybe I tried too early in age for him around 6months, i might try it again when he's 8mos.

Well I have on purpose choosen this health mix because I wanted to see the products in it, grind it myself add more cashews and almonds for my baby than other health mix which is already grinded.previously I have also bought health mix similar way but it was 1 kg for the same price...but I won't be buying this pack as it's expensive where others are provided with 1kg product with same price this one is just 700 gms
