Fill the spoon when inside the mouth - no spillage n food is delivered directly inside the mouth, so kid doesn't push it out ! Chose this feeding bottle after much review - thought will return (mind was v.doubtful). But this is the best product ever ! I am a working woman....so need to get my 5 months son to solids. This bottle helps in easy transition. My granny said it would take half hr to 45 mins while trying to feed the first time ..... But with this bottle it took hardly 10 mins to feed half apple (~40 ml) ! And spillage was barely minimal. Will recommend to all !
