Ingredients: Ragi Jowar(Sorghum) Foxtail Millet Moong Dal Bengal Gram Brown Rice Almond Flour Cardamom powder Vitamins and Minerals How to Use: 1. Add 1/2 cup of water or milk into a pan 2. Add 3 level table spoons (30 gms) of Sathu Maavu mix 3. Mix well to remove the lumps 4. Cook on a medium flame for 3-5 mins and stir continuously to avoid lumps 5. Ingredients are healthy and no sugar no milk is also true. But taste is not so good. My baby ate it only twice. After that box is wasted. Then i made it to cookies or use mixed with regular flour to make chapatis.
