I like to give 4 or 5 stars but have to limit myself to 3 or 3.5 because the fringe length is said to be 3*6 however it actually is ~2*4.5. so i couldnt cover the backend wall, as planned.However, i like the quality of product as ballons (happy bday) n colored ones were actually good. (Almost zero damaged n were thick enough to not burst while blowing).
