I have been using this pen for nearly 2 years (changing refills of course). Its a bit on the heavier side but if u prefer the pens heavy, it lasts long. The matte finish makes it looks good and the build quality is good and durable. But the refill they provided originally with the pen was not ultrafine as metioned. So, I replaced it with UF navigator refill and it seems the best fit while writing with this pen.

The pen is nice when you're in the flow, but don't use it for 24 hours and come back the next day. The ink dries and you'd have to spend time drawing squiggles before the flow comes back.It skips quite a bit. I personally had a much better experience with Cello Signature. It works smoothly and writes on practically anything and everything without giving much issues.Maybe this Parker is good if you got the absolute best of paper quality and write everyday, just maybe not a work-horse really.

A Good Pen, but the nip dries too quick

Refill quality is not good. Looks like they used some old supply with ink almost dry and no fine flow.
