The pen is nice and I used it well for a year. But then the pen while taking out the cap just broke from the centre possibly due to the inferior material or the adhesive . Although there is a warranty for two years.... It's not clear where to take the pen for repairs. Silkrute people to are not able to provide any clue as to any contact number or email address. So that warranty for 2 years is very difficult to obtain. ... I finally contacted Luxor office helpline and they assisted me in getting the pen replaced. I am increasing one star now ... The pen is nice.

Replica, cheap duplicate copy of Paker pen made Parker a choice for people. Luckily I got the original pen.Pros:-Writing: Ink flow is continuous, smooth, fast drying and well balanced especially for long writing-Metal body with CT(Chrome Trim) makes a perfect combination with Matte Black colour-Take out the cap and starts writing, no adjusting grip or nibs-Some may find its pricy but with the quality of ink and pen, its a nice price; I got it for Rs449 in a dealCons:- Cap locking is not right. Cap comes out easily.Some people find packaging is not proper. Parker always packs such pens in the same way whether providing one refill or more.
