The cover is very sturdy, and the pattern is really cool.Also it is a nice surprise that it comes with a cardboard cover with a clasp.The paper is good quality and has a handmade look.It is cotton so watercolor goes pretty well on it. However bear in mind that it is quite a thin paper still.The surface of the paper is soft, so you cannot erase on it otherwise the surface will pill.However tapping a kneaded eraser on it works pretty well.Heavy ink application ghosted through the opposite side a little.My final opinion is that it is a great sketchbook for the price.

Quality are excellent but at this price I am very disappointed with the paper size this is not even note book. It is smaller than that one and it is not fountain pen friendly
