The product is of very quality. The handle is not fixing into the slot , it's coming out while rotating. The speed is also not enough to grate coconut. I strongly recommend that no one should buy this product

They should do something about the vaccum Cup as it tends to move when grating.Otherwise grating a coconut is pretty easy. Need good and strong wrist action for this product.

We have wonderchef coconut scrapper - a real crappy product(made of steel but does not last long and is not ergonomic to use). This is much better - The suction base is larger, the rotating handle does not touch the floor and comes with orange/sweet lime juicer attachment.

The vacuum is too good. the bales are very good and i have got a cap to cover the blades which is so thoughtful of the company to provide as i had not anticipated nor they have shown in the pic. I loved it. Thankful to amazon to promote such good products.
