I had to get this exchanged once because as soon as I switch it on I get a burning plastic smell with smoke emanating from the toaster, it was also getting extremely hot from the sides. If you want a toaster under 1k this is ok, but I think you should avoid purchasing this particular model

The product is defective. It's very much in guarantee period. It was delivered to me on 12th September 2023. My daughter used it 3 days back. The pop is not working. Return window has been closed. Only possibility is can be repaired by the Company management. Kindly depute representative of the company at my place to get it repaired......
