Nowadays Silkrute service seems to be worse.The accuracy of delivery is also not good.The delivery people didn't call or not want to give the parcel to the concerned person.My parcel was given to someone else After complaining only I got the parcel with a late delivery.Regarding this product it is not worth for this much money.Be aware of pulling the string.Don't pull so forcefully,it will come damage.Didn't pour water on the string &the mechanism as it reduces the life of vegetable cutter.wants to cut the vegetable into medium size before proceeding .otherwise it will stuck and cause the breaking of string.The extra money goes for the Brand name itself

The thread became loose in 2 uses. Wouldn't wind back in.I had expected it to work well as I have the single cutter model of prestige which I'm using for around 1.5 years. Wanted a bigger one, hence I thought a double cutter would be a good idea... Turns out, it was a bad idea.
