The product seems to be good - the blades are real sharp - but the product has 2 flaws:1. The thread of the pull out is too weak! For me, it broke within the first 3 months.2. The plastic body cracks easily! Wish they had used a thicker and stronger plastic for the bowls!

Good product and chops vegetables fine. I would have given it 5 stars if the container could hold more quantity. From what I've heard, the blades are also available separately from Prestige showroom/service center. So don't have to worry about the product.

Super efficient. Despite all the positive reviews I was sceptical that it would get the job done. I use this mostly to finely chop up onions--and seriously that alone is worth the price for me. I was almost tempted to post a video of this in action--it's pretty remarkable how fuss free it is.Two quick tips, though:1) This is a surprisingly compact little device. So, if you're cooking for more than two you'll have to cut things in batches.2) put the blade in first so that you can evenly distribute what needs to be cut. That'll yield more evenly sized pieces of whatever you're cutting.

I underestimated the power of this cutter when I first bought it! Since buying it, I have used it regularly to cut onions, tomatoes, carrots, capsicum etc. The best part is that you can change the intensity based on how heavily or lightly you pull the string to cut the vegetables.I have used it for very fine chopping of onions as well as to cut medium sized carrots. My mother-in-law also appreciates it - and how efficient it can be in getting the job done!
