The product was extremely bad. In first use itself it has stopped working. Mostly a bad piece delivered. I need it to be replaced. Can someone help.

Didn't have brand name anywhere. Suspiciously looked fake. Anjali brand name was not printed even on yhe box, it came in a brown box. Quality was not great.
