1st year- water reatained temperature for 12 hours2nd year- temperature retention for 8 hours, lid broken, which is very common in this product as per other reviews.3rd year- after 4-5 months , it stopped working.The product is good with 2 years durability, except the lid which breaks very soon, in most of the cases and it is hard to find the similar lid in market, I could not find. Overall I had a good experience but comparing price with durability I find it expensive for the worth.

It is quite good at what it's supposed to do and the quality is at par to what is expected, but the claim of keeping things hot for 24 hours is too much, honestly it doesn't keep any thing hot more than 12 hours, and that too is a stretch if you keep opening it. It definitely can keep it warm for a few more hours after the initial 12,

I have Milton flasks of 2L,1L and 1/2 L Capacity bought over amazon and locally. Current review is for 2L Carafe bought from Amazon.Pros:Easy to clean.The build quality is very good.Good for traveling.Regulated movement.Partially environment friendly. The Cap is plastic, but still ok to use.Cons:Lid on the top made of plastic has thin lever which can get break if not handled properly.24 Hours Hot or Cold feature works well only in the initial weeks. But this gradually fades over the time and stops working altogether in mere 2-3 months of use. Now when we pour hot water, the outer metal too gets hot. And the vacuum feature is totally dead.The product warranty is for a year and if you bought the product locally, you can easily get a replacement at the store. Since this one was bought over Amazon, i didn't bother to go through the hassle of replacement. Now we use it as a regular 2L water canister for travel purposes.Hence the 3 stars.

After trying glass flasked thermos, I must admit this product is really good. The quality is upto the standards mentioned, the hot drinks(tea, coffee, even water) stays hot for 7-8 hrs ( it was the only available time I got to test for me). The mechanism is also easy, can also be used by children safely

This is one best flask that I have ever purchased. It is worth the price and meets 24hr hot storage claim. I would say this is not ideal for travelling although the lid is spill-free, the flask is bulky (probably coz I got a 1.5L flask) and comes with a handle. Simple design with large opening mouth facilitates easy cleaning.

The capacity is mentioned in outer carton as 1000 ml. But it takes only three cups of liquid which is around 700 ml. There seems to be some error. Pl clarify. Thanks
