The first one I bought was having leakage at the tap. I requested for a replacement. The new jug is absolute delight.. my kids and my mom use it regularly. Sometimes we keep it in kitchen, most of the times in my mother’s room as she cannot walk so much and it is convenient for her to drink as much water as she wants. We also take it for picnics and long drives! Highly recommended! I loved the product.
