I compared it to my old Italian stove top coffee maker and this product is about half the weight! Didn't seem very sturdy AND it is made in China so I returned it. Will buy another Italian made product even though it will cost me quite a bit more! Can't believe there are no Indian made stove top espresso/coffee makers?

Five stars as it really is great value for money and very good quality build. I love it. Using daily for two months and I still love it. Totally recommend. It’s my first moka pot and no trouble using it. However it only makes two cups at a time. So I’m wondering how I’d make for guests in future! On the plus side I drink a bit less coffee!!

The product is ok,very light weight. It turned black after heating on the flame directly. The metal base is very light. Only 2 small cups of strong coffee can be made at once.

Happy that the vessel is sufficiently thick. Works well. Everyone knows its speciality, yes it is really "instant" filter coffee. Knowledge on the proper amount of water, coffee powder and the time to stop the oven, has to come from experience. When we use more water or boil it for less time, the coffee is very bad in taste. When we gain experience, we may enjoy the coffee taste.

I am using it on induction at 600 for few minutes till steam starts and then at 120 for 15 minutes. Fill water just below the valve. You will get strong filter coffee.
