I have been using it for a while now almost for 30 days. It working well the capacity is good and it keeps the water hot a day. Also you have do it once a day and it is enough for 2-3 people. Materials used is of good quality. Only one thing is problematic its "the cap". It do not get closed easily. It's is very tight and also while closing the cap rings do not fit proplerly with bottle ring. You have to try many times. Also for elderly people it will very difficult to open or close the cap. Milton needs to work on Usability (UX design) part for making it more user friendly.

I have used it for 5 days and then writing this review. The build quality is great and it was well packaged. You can expect 20 plus hours hot and cold. Need to be careful for the nob as it might get broken if not used carefully. Would give 4.5 out of 5.

Looks sturdy. 24 hrs is time time taken to bring it to room temperature. Not 24hrs hot. Just a marketing strategy.But it is really hot to drinkable level up to 12 hrs if it is boiled fully. which is also good

This is one best flask that I have ever purchased. It is worth the price and meets 24hr hot storage claim. I would say this is not ideal for travelling although the lid is spill-free, the flask is bulky (probably coz I got a 1.5L flask) and comes with a handle. Simple design with large opening mouth facilitates easy cleaning.

After trying glass flasked thermos, I must admit this product is really good. The quality is upto the standards mentioned, the hot drinks(tea, coffee, even water) stays hot for 7-8 hrs ( it was the only available time I got to test for me). The mechanism is also easy, can also be used by children safely
