The product is good, but does not keep rotis warm for long. The lid should have a gasket (like in pressure cooker) to make the insulation better.

Best part - Chapatis doesn't get soggy.Though turn and lock system is not there so chapatis doesn't remain hot.It's very easy to clean and maintain.Good product for the good price.Improvement for the brand- try to add turn and lock system.

I used to have to keep clean cloths under the rotis and even those would stick and ruin the last one. So every day we'd have to throw away one roti and wash the cloth. Not anymore. This box has a sloping lid that drains the condensation towards the sides and below and a little steel plate at the bottom keeps the rotis dry. I got the 1.1L box and it looks good.
