This is a regular non stick tawa being sold at a premium. If the pan heats up spreading dosa becomes difficult. It is advertised as metal spoon friendly but it is not. You will easily scratch it if you use metal utensils even once.

I've purchased this Dosa pan from Amazon around 6 months ago but it's not working at all now. All the dosas are sticking to the pan. Also the shape of the pan has become uneven. It bent completely. For your reference, I've attached pictures. I see the item is still within warranty but manufacturer has simply denied warranty stating it was over heated while using it. It's really a shame to make such excuses. This is not the first time we're using a non stick pan and also my mom is very much experienced in using such items. It's better to purchase any other local item instead of paying huge amount for this chunk of metal piece which is of no use. Be careful before making a decision to purchase this brand for any item. Alert: They will never honor the warranty. YOU CAN GO THROUGH ALL THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS FOR CONFIRMATION.
