Advantages
The greblon coating is fine. But the annular periphery where the coating does not exist becomes red tinted in a single use and requires scrubbing with abrasive scrubber. If that tint is not removed regularly it will surely turn black tartar that will stick permanently. Therefore choose a tawa or casserole that has full coverage of the greblon coating.

I purchased this product based on recommendations and advertisements from food influencers. It's not nonstick, despite what they're saying. You may forget about making dosas on this pan because it isn't good enough to cook omelets. For me, it's completely useless and a waste of money. You can use it for chapati and paratha. I am really dissatisfied with this product because it is pricey, and after only a few usage, the pan looks quite old and is difficult to clean.

Bought purely for making Dosa but it does not function as expected. The Dosa gets stuck on tawa and burns - can't take it out. No use .... Waste of money
