Dosa gets burned in the center, heat distribution issue. Tava needs to be used for some time (to get used to) for this issue to be resolved.

Product not good. I was followed instructions but result nil. I used the product for making dosha. But Dosa batere stick in the tawa. Product is costly but result is neel. I m very much disappointed.

The tawa is average quality.It was delivered with a wooden turner and not iron one as in picture.Besides the tawa had burn marks and was a used tawa. The wooden turner was glued as it was broken. Had to return.
