I purchased meyer non stick 2 years back and quality was very good. But this time it has degraded. First of all there was no warranty card inside which I ignored and now realised what a big mistake i committed by not returning it. Within a month of usage the pan has started loosing the non stick coating. I doubt if this is original. seems to be fake.

Purchased 32 cm/ 3 mm tawa in SEPT 22. Product purchased seeing reviews and company reputation and 1 year warranty. Unfortunately the coating peeled off in 7 months time. When taken up with Meyer customer service they washed their hands informing they cannot help as the issue is due to overheating etc etc. They are not ready to honour warranty support. We have been using similar tawas of indian brands which has far higher quality and longevity than this. Pictures of damage attached.

Was looking for non stick pans which could offer a healthier option than using conventional teflon coated ones . We had a reasonably good experience of using their ceramic kadai . However what we got this time was a below par product . Used couple of times and found that it was not serving the purpose. It totally fails in its intended purpose as a non stick pan . Paid a premium over the teflon ones but it was a total loss . Since we started using after the return period was over , there was no way to return the product as well So took up the matter with Meyer customer care . One good thing is that atleast they cared to respond . Typical customer care approach and promptly concluded that it is not a manufacturing defect after the seeing the pictures and washed off their hands . As a parting gift gave their very valued suggestion on how to use a non stick pan as if it is some rocket science!!!
