Reviewing after about half a year of usage. The tawa is amazing and very sturdy. Not too light and not too heavy. 26cm is quite big and serves all the purposes. Looks and feels very sturdy. Quality is great and looks still the same as the day bought. Gets hot quite quickly too. Almost flat to very good to use for making things like dosa. Works great on induction too. Handle is cool to touch even after hours of usage. Warranty is great. Overall a great purchase and definitely recommended.

So the first time I ordered the product, the product code didn't match the code on guarantee card! And the product was priced at MRP 1150. so I returned it and placed the order second time. This time however I received a product priced at MRP 1210. So all in all i am not sure what these sellers are doing and how Amazon is passing the quality check but i am not sure if the product is original. I love hawkins product and my mum has been using the hawkins tava since many years but what's the point of paying this much money if we can't know for sure if the product is original.

I've used it on stove and induction both but because of stove it's plate came out ,otherwise it works really very well on induction and will give you best results.

Doesn't seems to be non stick, after one use its smoothness is gone. While making roti.. sometimes it stick to the tawa.. doesnot come easily..

Sometimes Roti sticks on the Tawa when it is hot. When Ghee is used in Parathas it is very difficult to clean it after use. Tawa is durable enough.

Vessels seem good BUT the set I got had lot of black marks in the kadhai and frying pan so if it is coating then it is very poor quality not expected from a brand like Hawkins or god forbid if I was given a refurbished piece. so quality considering brand ,price paid and triply material shud have been top class.
