Die casting is a metal casting process whereby metal is heated to a very high temperature and poured under high into a mould cavity. The molten metal takes the shape of the mould and the result is a complex intricately designed pot or pan which s the metal where it is needed the most building strength and functionality. Tawa is really nice for cooking chapatis and Cheelas. The only thing that stucked me is company says it doesn't get rusty in regular usage but the back side of the tawa is showing rusty appearance after every use and wash (even if it is once a day). I oil it once a while then.
