This is my first cast iron utensil technically and I love it! Learnt to season it and did one round of seasoning even though it comes pre-seasoned. Very easy once you have the hang of it. Made dosas on it today and honestly, I have never eaten crispier dosas in my life (at least made at home!) The quality is great and I love the box it came in too. Very handy to store away if required.

The Tava is best ... Follow the instructions properly provided with it ...and you will find it really easy to make crispy dosas without any efforts .... And to my surprise even the first dosa didn't stick at all like nonstick magic .... You can make even paper dosa and it won't stick at all just use proper quantity of oil and control temperature according ..

Dosa's came out very well on the first attempt itself and my mom was happy with the purchase.Heat distribution was very good, easy to clean as well and make sure to season it everytime use.I took care of seasoning the tawa as soon as it arrived washed it and dried on stove for 30-60 sec and then applied oil and kept aside.Very happy with the purchase and for the price too it offers, definitely recommend if you're thinking of moving to healthier lifestyle.
