I'm a big fan of tadka pans and this one works well. It's anodised aluminium so heats up fast. It also has a little balancing extrusion that keeps it from tipping over when on the stove.But manufacturers, can you please not put your branding stickers with glue right into the bloody pan? I had to scrape it off and it took some soaking to get it out.

It's sturdy, balances well on gas stove but for induction was better if it had more flat bottom surface. Clean it right away after use or it is difficult to remove oil stains.
