This is a hard anodised pan which doesn’t have a non stick layer. Food will be stuck to the base and not at all easy to clean. Additionally, glass lid looks good but doesn’t fit properly.

Advantages
Good size. Sufficient for 1.5 to 2kg chicken fry.. But this is not non-stick. 200 mm also available which would be apt for family of 2 to 3. 240mm is best when you have guests over. Don't wash is dishwasher as the outer glossy coating goes sober. Loved the style and design., very unique and sturdy too.
