was irritated to see spots, yellow /brown after first use ( i washed as per instructions before first use ). I diligently used vinegar and baking powder, let it sit for an hour, and then used a sponge scrubber. voila! it removed the stains and restored the shine. The only mistake I made was later was to use a new scotch Brite scrubber which left a few scratches. so remember to not use an abrasive scrubber and always cook on a low flame. have patience with your cooking time...and yes, the food cooked and tasted awesome, much better than on a nonstick. expensive but worth it. its the only pan I use now

Yes it is expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for in this case. Cooks evenly and way quicker than any other induction cookware I have used. Cooks really fast even at lower settings with really good and even heat dispersion, extremely durable and sturdy, very easy to clean. A bit on the heavier side but you don’t really mind it as all, it is actually reassuring superb built quality. If price is not a concern, highly recommended.

The base of the pan is not flat, it causes uneven temperature whilen cooking so as to waste energy and time. Please fix it.

This is my first triply utensil and I couldn't love it more! I have a non-stick pan which was used practically everyday, however over the last few years I grew wary of non-stick. Nevertheless, I wasn't able to find a good replacement for it. This triply pan is just the answer! I have cooked, fried and even made a one-pot pasta dish in it and I love it. It is durable, food doesn't stick if you know how to use it and cleans extremely easily. The quality is great too.
