Vinod's Zest Non stick cookware is made up of triple layer non stick coating which is scratch proof .The non-stick coating ensures that you use minimal oil. The thick aluminium helps you cook food without burning and is extremely durable. The handle is heat resistant and has rivets for better grip. As it is non-stick the oil does not form any hard layer making it easy to clean it. A soft sponge with some soapy water is enough to get the greasiness off. Additionally because of its scratch-resistant coating you can use metal spoons without peeling the external coating off. This non stick saucepan is gas stove compatible. It is free from PFOA heavy metals and harmful chemicals. So much better than cheap coatings that peel off and lose effectiveness within a few months of use. It is ideal for making tea coffee saucesgravies curries cooking food for infantsreheating food and tadkas. It comes with tempered glass lid which allows you to see through the cooking process.

The size mentioned/advertised as 1.4lts is total nonsense. One can visually see it is not. A simple measuring jar can also verify its true capacity. It is barely even 1ltr as a usable volume, unless you intend to overfill it to the brim while cooking or boiling something, which is not practical. My intension was to get a Saucepan slightly above above 1ltr so it is more practical to use safely to boil or cook something at least close to a liter. Too bad, it doesn't even come close and might be practical for only about 500-600ml max. Had no choice than to return it for a refund.

Had to return the product as the lid was not fitting the vessel well. It was not covering it fully leaving 1 to 2 mm gap on both sides. Maybe the specific piece was defective.
