Hawkins Futura is a good brand and the product is the best. I really dont think granite is better than the good old non stick coating although the world seems to be promoting granite over traditional non stick Only downside of this utensil is there are no groves on the back of the vessel which makes it slip when you keep on gas and keeep stirring contents inside it
