The pan is nice and deep with a glass lid. However, the bottom is not absolutely flat and centre portion is shaped like a dome i.e. slightly raised, with the result the pan doesn’t work on induction. When i place the pan on induction stove, it flickers for a moment and then goes off. Feel sad that I cant use it on induction stove, which is what I have.

Build quality is robust .Is one of the best non stick cookware i have ever seen. Cooking surface is so good that Food can be cooked with very less or even traces of oil . Food does not stick or burn in this cookware and is easily washable.

Have been using this product for the past 3 months and have been quite usefull even with the lid. This morning a strange incident happened where the glass lid after washing we had kept for drying in sunlight and in sometime the knob burst and glass shattered. I had made another purchase from the same brand and this incident will refrain me from using it along with the lid.
