This is the first time I purchased a cast iron kadhai and I have been more than happy. The product is sturdy. It’s exactly the size I wanted . It’s suitable for a family of 2 to 3. The product came seasoned well. Initially the kadhai had a copper sheen to it. But with regular usage and seasoning it a few times, it’s now turned black. Upon receiving it I seasoned it as per the instructions provided. Initially I used it only for deep frying. Then after a few uses I now use it for making Sabzis and gravies. I keep seasoning it whenever I have time. Even sabudana khichdi doesn’t stick in this kadhai. While making the purchase I saw a few reviews that said the product has rusted even after following all the instructions provided. But after using it I have realised that one has to take proper care of it to prevent rusting. All you have to do is just clean with water after usage , wipe off the water and then oil it properly before storing. It’s as simple as that. Keep seasoning it to maintain the natural non stick nature of the kadhai.

It is not seasoned well ?? l received a brown in color ROCK TAWA not as shown (black sesond)on the website!this is the only fault l can say ,otherwise good finishing. Looks like LODGE TAWA l own.
