I tried bitter gouard fry it doesn't cook properly and food sticks to bottom easily,only you can cook gravy curries not suitable for fry recipies who want to cook fry recipies better to try triply pans.

This doesn't meet the expectation on prestige brand. You can't make any dry dish in this kadai. It gets burnt easily.they have made the bottom thick but you can't even make potato subji inthis, it sticks to the bottom badly. Sides are not thick, hence gets burnt easily. My earthen pot does a better job than this one. The price is not worth at all
