Advantages
If you are buying this as a replacement of kadhai anticipating you will require less oil and less chance of food sticking at surface, I would suggest do not go for it. I am using it for quite a few months, but my experience is not good. It requires similar amount of oil during cooking like a kadhai and has tendency to stick.
