We have procured it for Biryani and it deserves an applause. Bottom is thick and heat distribution is good. The lid is so week-shaped that it returns the moisture inside and the rice doesn't burn at the bottom. Anodised aluminium conducts heat like aluminium and retains glory like stainless steel. Only thing that users may complain about is that the pot along with the lid weighs qui2 heavy to handle but it proves the study built-quality.

I have used the smaller version of the pot so I know about its utility-- hence have given the 4 stars. Was excited about this purchase but the seller decided to cheat. The handle was broken and the broken pieces were placed inside the pot!!! The seller must jave known about the broken handle and yet tried to pass it off !! Bad experience.

Difficult to hold such a large pot with such tiny handles that get very hot. Serving from the pot to a dish / plate is very hard. Otherwise it’s ok.

The pot is heavy,thick and cooking is done very nicely. The lid is very very light, felt should be more on the heavier side. The lid handle is not comfortable to use. The price could be less, overall. Good product
