Have used it in extreme cooking. Like forgot to turn off, hence the curry got stuck to the bottom. But getting the burnt food remenescent off was easy. The heating is nicely distributed. I use it over gas and not induction. There is no change in colour of the utensil due to heating the way it happens in cheap steel vessels. The lid fits perfectly. Have used it for frying, cooking, boiling.

Found the material good to use, but didn't find any brochure or information mentioning that the product (inner layer) is made of food grade steel, so had to return it.
