Disadvantages

For the first time before using I boiled water to clean the cavities but noticed black substance floating in the water. It is evident from the image loaded that it is coating. So the coating is poor and durable. Unfortunately I threw the packing box so don't know whether I can return or replace it.

Since long was waiting to buy a good appear pan and went head with this as past experience with Anjali brand had been good. One star less as heat distribution is not uniform. Also, it's strange experience that the appe cook very well brown and crispy on first side and when flipped to be cooked on other side it doesn't turn out brown and crispy.
