I ordered the product recently. In first use only a big hole happened in the bottom. I cooked idli on low to medium flame but in 15 minutes, this has happened to this product. Full waste of money. I could not rrach to seller. No amazon customer care people are responding to my issue. I am a frequent buyer at amazon. Almost in every ten days i order something but this is the type of service which is being provided by amazon. Very disappointed. Dont buy this product, you will regret your purchases.
