I have already used other hard anodised products from Hawkins. It is durable and very easy to clean. Low flame is enough to cook.This stewpot 8.5 liters was delivered in good condition. Used it to make briyani. As mentioned in the instructions it cooked evenly in the low flame. Little bit of rice stuck to the bottom of the pot but didn’t burn. And it was easy to clean also. Overall, it is a good product.

Good product. Perfect for making curries. No issues of food getting sticked. This product canot be used for cooking dry item, where we don't use oil or liquid.I tried with making curries, noodles, biriyani etc. Seems fine
