The Handle came loose. We almost decided to return till I decided to check if by tightening, we dont have damaged threads at hand. The screw tightened, but leaves a doubt on the durability. The product is over rated at 4 Star and may be under-rated at 3 Star. A benefit of doubt goes in favour of Wonderchef, which we selected over others and I am willing to stick my neck out to give it a try. We have many Wonderchef utensils and products since past many years (may be 6-8 yrs, right since they came in). All are doing fine. The best are the ones where handles are removable for machine wash.

The first product that was delivered was damaged and had very poor covering . I got a replacement but the replacement product did not have guarantee card and the cover for the replacement product also was damaged. Please do not plan to gift anyone as the packing is poor plus the product inside could be damaged.
