The bottom of this thing is not flat. As such, when you try to make an omelette, the oil don't really stays in the middle of this pan but rolls away to its circumference making it difficult to fry & ultimately your omelette gets overfried or burnt.

A good buy, only complaint is that it isnt fully flat at the center. Egg tends to move to a side while cooking.
