First thing first the build up quality is so good, the second think is the surface which is actually non sticky and scartch resistance but it is too small as compared to pictures. The only thing which I don't like.

The product lost its sheen coating and sheen within a few normal uses. With a 24 months warranty, even a 5 month sparse use was good enough and the this prestige pan had lived its life. To top it all, the customer service does not response for days, if they do, even if a technician is coming home to service a gas cooking range etc, he does not want to look at any other prestige product. They want you to bring the product to their service centre which are in god forsaken places.

a very good pan for making the omelletes and also small quantity of stir fries etc. This is very easy to use and my 10 year old daughter loved to cook too in this. very easy to clean.

Poor packaging by seller. However, product itself is sturdy, well made, of excellent build quality but significantly small. Frequent spillage is common irrespective of what you make, honest advice would be to go for the same thing in a bigger size if available.This pan was better than a similar looking one I ordered from a different brand.
