I love this pan and lid. They're very well made and nice to cook in. I use it like an oven and make quick breads! They're actually pancakes, but thicker and come out like pre-sliced banana nut bread! I read online that non-stick pans only last 2-3 years. I've used this one for 2 years so far. The bottom is turning brown and a little rough and scratched despite only using a plastic spatula. But the coating is still intact and working well. Be careful not to heat it too high with nothing in it, and don't shock it with cold water when it's very hot. Never use metal utensils.

Well I'm not a great cooker but my father was. So i bought it for him. And it's doing its job great.its very smooth and easy to clean, but it's price, i think it's a little bit expensive.anyway it's worth for me. If you take this, you won't be disappointed.

this product is really amazing and company is sending the upper Lid in opposite way, because that will be protected and won’t break easily when it’s coming to you. You have to reattach by opening the screw. No need of screwdriver because you can do it with your bare hands as it’s loose from the first . So no need of complaining because think and then do.
