I have been using alda try ply for some time. Tried my hands on hawkins try ply steel for the first time. Hawkins has never let me down. It is cheaper in cost but no compromise with quality. Solid body, adequate thinkness, a bit heavy. Gifted it to my mom. She has been using it for a month now. Very much happy with no complaints of food burns yet even with dry veg.

Delivery was on time . Packaging was great. The delivered product was in perfect brand new condition. Hawkins triply steel quality is far better than any other brand. It doesn't at all get burn. It distributes heat perfectly. I cook 3 times a day in this kadai but it still looks brand new . It's easy to clean and far more durable. The quality is top notch. Just go for it i can't put its awesomeness in words ...! You must have this in your kitchen :)

This product us really nice when you are shifting from aluminum kadai to stainless steel. The amount of oil used is the same. Tip that I found useful - you have to either use it in medium or low flame so that the items in kadai don't burn and the dish is cooked nicely. The temperature should be right. Too high temperature might burn the items.
