I have read almost all reviews and decided to buy this and sideline all other products of same range (tri ply)because of it's bottom thickness 3mm which plays a major role in cooking. Other tri ply products do not provide this thikness. I have many hawkins family member.Product is good and ideal for 6 people . I loved wooden rosemary handles which prevent my hands from heat. It has a wide flat bottom which helps cooking even. Food doesn't stick to bottom even on high flame.

It is a go to product, when there are too expensive triply steel cookware range..Hawkins has come as a rescue for us with their affordable range..the product is excellent no burning issues, nor sticking issues. I was skeptical about buying this worrying about quality. It’s really good sturdy, perfect for Indian cooking. Cleaning is also easy. I have used this product for long hours cooking still it didn’t change colour nor any burnt marks it left. If any tiny marks on the vessel I rubbed it with lemon n salt and it’s gone. High flame cooking should be avoided.

Wonderful product. Good heavy quality with comfortable rose wood handle that's well riveted and not braised / welded. Bought after reviewing many other options and I am really happy to have bought this one. Follow the cooking and cleaning instructions given in catalog and this is much better than any non stick pan.

Great build, working well on gas stove. Wooden handles are good however they started cracking, not sure how long it will last (it has been only a month).

Only thing is it's good for cooking but the major disadvantages are the wooden handles are very poor quality and already cracked on one side with use of only a few times. Another major disadvantage is that the base is not smooth like other Hawkins induction based kadai, it keeps on revolving on the induction while cooking.
