Got stained in the first cooking. Not easy to remove the marks.Not non-stick. Gets stained easily. Otherwise sturdy, good heat distribution. Mine already has got the marks/ stains from cooking although I was careful. Marks don't go even after washing properly.

It's an amazing product for those who loves cooking. Now this is my favourite utensil. First few days it's very easy to clean but after that it's little difficult to remove yellow stain but never mind. It works fine in high flame also but not for long. First time I started using steel and definitely I will discard other material and will buy more steel.

I have been using alda try ply for some time. Tried my hands on hawkins try ply steel for the first time. Hawkins has never let me down. It is cheaper in cost but no compromise with quality. Solid body, adequate thinkness, a bit heavy. Gifted it to my mom. She has been using it for a month now. Very much happy with no complaints of food burns yet even with dry veg.

What a lovely product. It’s worth all the money because of its built quality. I wish they make this in a bigger size as this one is good for a small family only. I use it on induction and gas. The outcome is amazing. Food doesn’t stick if you heat it properly and oil the surface nicely. I made fried rice and the vegetables were crunchy just like I wanted it. It’s pretty easy to clean! Get the one with a lid, it’s quite good for storage later on! Also got a free wooden spatula and scrubber.
