I'm a regular user of Hawkins futura products for many years now. This non stick pan by futura is best in its league. Good thickness, sturdy. Use the pan on low heat always. Use nylon scrubber to clean it. Do not soak the hot pan in water, let it cool down first. Use silicon spatula or wooden spoon to cook. This will look as new for long time.

The diameter they mention in the description is of the rim and not of the base. I ordered the 18 cms one, which was approx 15 cms at the base.I suggest to order one size up than your needs, otherwise you will be pretty surprised when you receive the pan.

I'm writing this review after using the product for a month. The pan is great to make small omelette, pancakes. You can use it to stir fry small amount of vegetables. However, the handle becomes loose quite often and I have to keep a screwdriver handy to fix it.

Cooking is easy with this non stick pan. Only disappointment is the dent on the closing top. Replacement was not an option as the product delivery took long while.
