This works as they claim! The meal stay hot even at 2pm in office, after 7 hours of packing. Updated after 2 years Still going as new! Suggestions: 1. Add a grip on the LID. It is bit hard to twist and open. 2. The cloth bag cover was quickly damaged. Improve bag quality.

The tiffin has 1. a nice finish 2. Comes with a pocket for napkin or tissue paper-see plctire 3. Had another Miton product ( 2 container tiffin carrier) the steel containers and lids are interchangeable 4. There is 1 strap (adjustable, and removable) for the inner box, 2 straps for outer cover of which 1 is adjustable.- see picture 5. The bottom and top cover are about 3/4 inch thick each. 6. Spoon can be carried in the bag (outer cover), not in the mesh pocket- in the strap meant for it- see picture BUT 1. The food stays WARM for 5 hours and is not PIPING HOT. All in all I found it value-for-money!
