It's very small, not exactly same as shown in pictures. Useful for carrying snacks. I bought it to carry my lunch, where I used to eat rice. It will only carry 2 medium size spoon quantity. Quality is also no that good. Sides of the box is coated with thin sheets of plastic which seems a bit come out from the corners.

I bought this product for my son. The quality of the product is good. And it is really spill proof. The Milton Lunch box is easy to carry and keeps your food warm (for 2-3 hr not for full day) and fresh for long time but. The container quality is good. As mentioned its safe to use in microwave but take 2 min to re-warm the content of container as compare glass bowl take 30-45 second to re-warm the same amount of stuff.
