Retains heat quite well although heating it back takes some time when it's already cold. Don't expect your food to get hot but it will warm it up. Much much better than cold lunch. This product works as expected and have not had an issue so far. Buy it and enjoy a warm lunch. It looks durable too. Only issue is your dal or gravy may leak if tilted.

The tiffin is good. My basic requirement was a little warmer food & it does the job. Plug in for 30-45 mins & let it stay unplugged for a while . The food will be considerably hotter. Overall, I am satisfied.P.S do not expect very hot . All It does is warm .

Works like a charm but I dont think the 30 mins automatic switch off works because once I switched it on in the office and went for a meeting. When I came back, my colleagues told me they could smell something burning (and it didnt smell like food!) and they had to switch it off themselves. As I havent experienced it myself, I cannot say more about the subject. Will try and observe it and update here. What I have experienced first hand though is great heating of food making for a more enjoyable meal!
