Initially it was an amazing product. Just after 8 months, it stopped heating. When I sent it to repair, it costed 150 and still no heating. Second time I paid 475 rs and it started heating but the time taken is more now. So useless product I found

It is not a good product and warranty is just gimmick. Milton customer care is so pathetic that they don't respond to our call or emails. How a customer can then get the warranty of the product. This is my second electric tiffin same brand same model first one last for one year and this new one last only for one month.Now changing Milton customer care for product replacement since the last two weeks without any replies. My first tiffin melted from inside just after plug in for 20 minutes and second one is not heating.

It is mentioned that it takes less than half an hour to warm up and the led turns green from red, but the fact is the led never turns green though I kept plugged in for more than half an hour. Else everything is good. Just that it takes more than 30 minutes to warm the food. The upper 2 boxes warms up in 30 minutes but it really takes a long long time to warm the bottom most box.
